Digital Transformation Workshop
About this event
This was a workshop I designed and delivered for a cohort of managers from several businesses in Erbil who were at different stages of their digital transformation journeys. Rather than a lecture, the day was structured around real problems each team brought with them — we spent time mapping their actual workflows, identifying where time and money were being lost, and building a prioritised action plan they could take back to their organisations.
Digital transformation fails most often not because of technology, but because of people and process. My role as facilitator was to create the space for honest conversations about what wasn't working, and then translate those insights into practical, sequenced steps — starting small, proving value, then scaling.
Organising and running this myself gave me a chance to refine how I structure these sessions, and the feedback from participants confirmed that the hands-on format — where they leave with a real deliverable, not just slides — is what makes the difference.
